LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Team Little Rock was honored to participate in the America 250 Bust Unveiling Ceremony at the Arkansas State Capitol on July 7, 2026.
The ceremony honored Medal of Honor recipient and former Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Maurice Lee "Footsie" Britt.
The event, which brought together military leaders, veterans, and community members from across Arkansas, featured keynote remarks from Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and U.S. Representative French Hill. The ceremony commemorated 250 years of American independence and honored Britt's enduring legacy.
Little Rock Air Force Base supported the dedication with a performance of the National Anthem by Senior Airman Tregan McIvor of the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.
